CONFERENCE CENTER

  • The KAFD Conference Center blends aesthetic excellence with functionality. With its adaptable layout, it is an ideal location for hosting workshops, gala dinners, sports and gaming events, or team-building exercises

    1,215 sqm banquet hall that holds the capacity for up to 700 guests
  • 18 boardrooms that accommodates 15 guests in each room

THE WADI

  • It connects the five areas of the Leaf
  • Designed for a naturally cooler airflow
  • Serves as a venue for pop-up activations, experiences and unique retail offerings

KAFD METRO STATION

  • Main stop on the Riyadh Metro, with access to key locations across the city, including the King Khalid International Airport
  • An innovative design, created by the world renowned architect Zaha Hadid
  • Its striking exterior features a three-dimensional lattice steel skeleton in a series of interlaced waves to resemble sand dunes shaped by the desert winds

THE SKYWALK

  • An extensive system of more than 50 skywalks connects most buildings
  • Provides climate-controlled pedestrian access to all areas of KAFD Connecting the district’s high-rise buildings, this network of footbridges is on the first floor of all buildings, creating a unique Skywalk Level
